Apple acquires indoor mapping start-up WiFiSlam
Apple has recently acquired Silicon Valley start-up WiFiSlam, which develops mapping applications for smartphones. Apple confirmed the acquisition, but gave no further details. The news was reported that Apple paid around $US20 million for the company.
